School HR Advisor

We are seeking a school HR Advisor with experience. Are you proficient in this?

It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have HR Advisor experience, within a school would be beneficial but not mandatory.

This role is a temporary to permanent role for the correct person. The hours of work are 22.5 per week, Wednesday to Friday. The contract in the first instance is 12 months with the possibility of extension & subject to a 6-month probationary period.

As a School HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Learning and Development
- HR Admin
- Wellbeing & Engagement
- Policy Development
- Strategic Support
- General Support

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
