You will be responsible for preparing nutritious and appealing meals for our students and staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety.Shift time:1. 7am to 2pm.2. Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities: Prepare and cook daily meals in line with the school menu. Ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and nutritional standards. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. Order and manage stock efficiently, minimising waste. Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Support the catering team during busy periods. Requirements: Previous experience in catering or food preparation preferred. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
