Caretaker required at Rockbeare Primary School Location: Rockbeare, Exeter - EX5 2EQ Salary: £12.71/hour Hours Per Week: 4 Shift pattern: 45 minutes in the Afternoon Monday to Thursday and 1 hour on Friday South West Norse is a FM provider delivering support services to businesses across cleaning and facilities management disciplines across the region. We currently have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join our established team at Rockbeare Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis. Role As a Caretaker You will be working on-site under the direction of an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage. This position will also hold further site management duties, and you will be expected to support with general maintenance issues as well as being responsible for site security and some minor handyman duties.
