Caretaker Required

Location: Chatham Position: Full Time Start Date: ASAP

Academics are working with an excellent and friendly school based in Chatham that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Caretaker to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing general maintenance duties. Performing minor repairs and refurbishments. Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks. Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.Requirements:

Previous site/premises experience required. School experience is an advantage but not essential. Must have a fully Enhanced DBS. General maintenance experience. Reliability and a strong work ethic.The ideal applicant must be able to manage the workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to maintain a safe and secure environment for the school community.
