In collaboration with Central Office, oversee financial, HR, administrative, and estate management systems, ensuring compliance, accountability, and best value. Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and school improvement. Anticipate and respond to the needs of staff, pupils, parents, and stakeholders.
