The Opportunity
Join a growing, high-priority underwriting team focused on building and scaling delegated schemes. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping portfolios, working closely with brokers, and contributing to an ambitious growth strategy. What You'll Do Underwrite new business and renewals across delegated schemes, primarily within Financial Lines Manage broker enquiries, negotiate terms, and deliver profitable outcomes Act as a key referral point, maintaining strong service levels Build and develop broker relationships to drive long-term partnerships Support portfolio reviews, providing insight and recommendations Maintain strong underwriting discipline in line with authority levels and guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to grow and optimise scheme performance What You'll Bring ~3+ years' underwriting experience (Financial Lines / PI preferred)
