The roleSouthern Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Housing Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our scheme inBirmingham.Reporting to a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Independent Living Sheltered and Over-55s schemes.Your responsibilities will include offering a frontline service while ensuring the safety and well-management of our schemes to support residents in living independently within active communities in the midlands.To excel in this role be willing to workonsite atschemesdemonstrating an understanding of the diverse needs of older people, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
