We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing? Manage delivery resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects up to £500k and annual portfolios of circa £4m.Manage health, safety, environment and quality undertakings to ensure compliance to company and regulatory standards.Work with the Programme Manager and Client to define the Annual Plan/ Contractors Plan for the portfolios and deliver against these commitments.Manage the delivery phase of the schemes programme and allocate resources to ensure optimum utilisation and programme consistency.Undertake design surveys/ECI meeting agree works values to inform commercial target costs.Review and agree applications for payment in line with commercial targets.What youll bring Experience of managing construction schemes operational resourcesExperience of managing Structural maintenance schemes (Carriageway and footway resurfacing, Surface dressing and others treatments).New roads and streetworks supervisor experienceSMSTS qualifiedRelevant academic construction/project management qualificationsKnowledge of Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs manualWorking understanding of Microsoft 365, Asta, ConfirmDemonstrable team working and interpersonal skills Whats in it for you?
