Mandatory Skills

1. Defining project requirements
2. Delivering various projects through full lifecycle, including ICT infrastructure, application development, testing, and release
3. Familiar with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Safe
4. Managing project requirements and objectives with the Project Board or assurance role
5. Managing project delivery with customer and business line, ensuring acceptance, closure, and handover
6. Operating within defined working practices, ensuring compliance with policies and methodologies
7. Gathering status reports and addressing issues
8. Establishing reporting KPIs via Highlight Reports and stage assessments
9. Managing project risks with effective plans and assessments
10. Using formal review procedures
11. Managing risks related to project deliverables
12. Integrating financial data across projects
13. Monitoring the impact on Business Line Profit & Loss and managing contingency sign-offs
14. Tracking project costs and supporting payment milestones
15. Ensuring milestone sign-offs and invoice processing
