SC Cleared Service Designer - Remote - £540/day Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Service Designer with active SC clearance to support a Central Government department on a major digital programme. This role is ideal for someone with strong service design expertise, experience shaping end-to-end user journeys, and working within GDS standards and frameworks.
The Role
You will play a key role in designing and improving digital services that are effective, usable, and accessible. Collaborating closely with user researchers, interaction designers, delivery teams, and stakeholders, you will help embed user-centred design principles across programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Mapping and designing end-to-end service journeys, including touchpoints across digital and non-digital channels
Creating service blueprints, personas, and experience maps to inform design and decision-making
