Essential Skills & Experience Active SC Clearance (mandatory) Strong commercial experience with Java 8+ Expertise in Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in high-pressure environments Nice to Have Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
