The ideal candidate will have dealt with inbound technical and sales enquiries via phone and email and will have experience with heating engineering, electrical installations, or similar equipment related to sauna heaters and steam generators. We are specifically looking someone with practical electrical experience, ideally with exposure to sauna, steam room, or comparable heating/steam equipment installation, troubleshooting, and customer guidance. Once fully trained, you will take the lead in product training for existing and new staff, and help develop internal systems and resources to support technical training and installations.
