We’re recruiting a proactive and experienced SAP Trainer to lead the delivery of a strategic Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiative, with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance. This role is key to empowering teams through data access, driving consistency, and embedding real-time dashboards to unlock operational value. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to uncover knowledge gaps and training priorities. Design and deliver user-specific learning using tools such as SAP Enable Now and Articulate RISE. Develop a suite of learning content including instructor-led sessions, eLearning, simulations, videos, and quick-reference guides. Measure and evaluate user readiness and adapt follow-up interventions accordingly. Deliver engaging, blended training aligned with core business processes and system changes. Organise on-site training, host Q&A drop-ins, and offer post-training floor support.
