SAP EWM Solution Architect – Warehouse Automation (Contract)
UK Based | £750–£850/day | ⏳ Long-term Programme | January 2026 Start
We’re supporting a major SAP EWM transformation programme and are looking for a senior SAP EWM Solution Architect with deep warehouse automation / intralogistics experience to join a long-term contract engagement.
This role suits an experienced EWM architect who has worked in highly automated warehouse environments and can confidently design, lead, and communicate end-to-end solutions across SAP EWM, MFS, and automation systems.
The Role
Lead SAP EWM solution architecture for an automation-led warehouse transformation
Design and govern SAP EWM + MFS solutions integrated with automated warehouse technologies
Own architecture across functional and technical EWM integration
Act as a senior, customer-facing architect discussing solution options and integration strategy
Work closely with EWM teams, automation vendors, and technical stakeholders
Essential Experience
10+ years SAP EWM experience
Proven Solution Architect experience on automated warehouse programmes
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
SAP EWM MFS (Material Flow System)
AS/RS integrations
Goods-to-Person (GTP / G2P) solutions
Conveyor & sortation systems
WCS / PLC integration
Ability to design automation-centric EWM solutions (not just configuration)
Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills
Contract Details
Start: January 2026
Duration: Initial 3 months (programme scope ~18 months, strong extension potential)
Rate: £750–£850 per day
Location: UK based (remote with occasional engagement)
Eligibility: UK working rights required (British Passport / ILR)
