Title: SAP BODS Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Duration: Contract until 31/12/2026

Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE (Inside IR35)

Rate: £300 per day (umbrella, inclusive)

Overview

An established enterprise organisation is seeking a SAP BODS Administrator to support and maintain a business‑critical data integration and BI platform. The role focuses on system stability, upgrades, performance optimisation, and user support across SAP and Tableau environments within a long‑term programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP BODS upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Perform pre‑upgrade impact assessments, testing, and rollback planning.
• Monitor system performance and optimise configurations.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau users.
• Troubleshoot reporting, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and system health reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience administering SAP BODS / SAP Data Services.
• Strong support background with SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.x.
• Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Comfortable working in hybrid enterprise environments

Desirable

• Experience supporting Tableau Server, Desktop, and Prep Builder.
• Exposure to DR testing and platform resilience activities
