Key responsibilities:

Own end-to-end SAP Archiving life cycle across ECC and S/4HANA systems Design and implement archiving strategies aligned to business and compliance needs Hands-on execution using SARA, ADK, Archive Link and ILM Reduce database growth and improve system performance Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance Collaborating with Basis, Functional, Security and Audit stakeholders Define archiving standards, governance, and documentation Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to communicate complex archiving concepts in simple business terms. Calm and reliable during audits, incidents, and critical business cycles

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with hands-on expertise in GCP and Azure. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, GKE, and AKS for container orchestration. Expertise in Landing Zone design and optimization for enterprise-scale deployments. Advanced skills in Terraform/Terraform Cloud for IaC and automation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness). Proficiency in Python Scripting for automation. Understanding of policy-as-code frameworks (OPA, Sentinel) and cloud governance. Certifications: GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Kubernetes Certified. Proven experience in SAP Archiving (ECC & S/4HANA) Good knowledge of Open text archiving Good experience in SARA, ADK, Archive Link Strong SAP Basis knowledge Good experience in Data retention and compliance concepts Expertise in Large data volume management
