My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Salesforce partner, transforming how businesses leverage the power of Salesforce to drive success.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead to join a fantastic new team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and implementing customised Salesforce solutions for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the technical blueprints for Salesforce solutions across the platform.
  • Design and implement integration patterns aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead the Architecture and Design for the projects and throughout delivery.
  • On top of this, provide guidance to the more junior members of the team.
  • Transform business requirements to technical requirements.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Develop solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing integration patterns within the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding with Salesforce engineering strategies.
  • Experience in Technical Leadership and driving Salesforce best practice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Integrations experience across the Salesforce platform and other ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development Experience working on multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II preferred
