We're working with a mission‑driven organization in the non‑profit / housing space that is scaling a high‑impact Salesforce platform used by organizations across the UK and internationally.
They are expanding their in‑house Salesforce product team and are looking to hire up to two permanent Salesforce Developers to support a major period of growth and innovation, including a high‑profile Agentforce‑led programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who wants to move away from short‑term consultancy work and into a long‑term, product‑focused environment with real social impact.
The Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be working on an enterprise‑scale Salesforce ISV solution, supporting and enhancing a managed package used by large customers.
You'll be part of a collaborative, chatty, and inclusive product team, working closely with a Technical Architect and fellow developers.
This role is not customer‑facing - stakeholder and customer interaction is handled by a dedicated support function, allowing you to focus on quality engineering.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and enhancing Salesforce functionality using Apex Working on enterprise‑level Salesforce implementations and managed packages (ISV model) Contributing to an Agentforce‑focused initiative (essential skill) Collaborating within a product‑led, in‑house development team Using Git and modern development practices Supporting a major funded programme with long‑term roadmap and vision
