Location: Rushock Trading Estate, Droitwich - Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £28,500 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working available

Our people are at the heart of our success — and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive, to help us strengthen our sales operations, support our customers and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

About the role

As a Sales Support Executive, you will proactively manage the end-to-end sales process for existing accounts by ensuring quote accuracy and following up consistently to secure order conversions. You will also support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals and presentations, while ensuring smooth order processing and coordination with logistics, finance and inventory for timely delivery.

Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems and generate insightful sales reports to track performance and forecast trends. Additionally, you will assist with lead generation by researching and qualifying potential clients, manage all sales documentation for accuracy and compliance and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Daily Activities

End‑to‑End Customer Enquiry Management

Coordinating enquiries from receipt through to quoting for customers.
Repeat Business Order Oversight

Proactively overseeing the quote‑to‑order process for repeat business.
Order Variation Management

Managing variations to orders to determine changes and operational impact.
New Order Processing

Processing new orders ready for operational delivery.

About you

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, works methodically and pays close attention to detail while managing daily tasks and schedules. You will be proactive in developing your skills and knowledge, learning from feedback and seeking opportunities to improve your performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers, respond to enquiries with courtesy and understand customer needs to deliver the right solutions first time.

You should be confident in collecting, managing and analysing information via phone and email, making sound decisions within defined procedures and approaching problems logically to identify practical solutions.

A strong team player, you willingly share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to achieving team and customer goals, while taking ownership of your work and ensuring high standards are consistently met.
