Our client, a global learning and development organisation, is recruiting a personable and confident Sales Agent to support their professional sales team based in Banbury.As a Sales Agent you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team across the UK and Ireland. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new leads, securing face-to-face client meetings, and driving attendance to live and virtual events. Responsibilities:Prospecting and engaging new potential clients via phone, email, and research tools.Targeted to make 40+ calls per day to prospect clients Booking 8-10 high-quality sales meetings per week in collaboration with Sales teamDriving attendance to marketing events and webinars through tailored outreachManaging CRM records, client follow-ups, and reportingSupporting live events with pre/post-event communication and logisticsExperience required:2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or similar rolesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExcellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detailSelf-motivated, accountable, and eager to hit goalsFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), and confident using data toolsBenefits include: 25 days holiday + BH Enhanced pension Life CoverPrivate MedicalCritical Illness cover Free parking Our client offers a fantastic range of benefits with a clear pathway for progression and a supportive team environment.
