The Sales Performance department operates under the direct leadership of the Commercial Performance Director and works closely with the Sales Leadership and the Management Team. Our core focus is to drive sales growth through strategic commission adjustments, sales promotions & incentives initiatives, and analysis of sales performance to support data-driven decision-making.
