I am currently looking for a sales specialist to look after a high performing region in the North East; focusing on the Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Carlisle and Middlesborough.
Role summary
This is an exciting new and growth instigated Sales Specialist role, focused on nurturing and developing sales within a theatre based environment.
This will be achieved through:
- To identify, develop and provide an excellent service to all customers.
- To introduce the agreed promoted products to the appropriate customer base.
- To provide high quality training, service, and therapy knowledge on product ranges to all customers.
- Develop strong relationships with Key Customers
- Maximise efficiency and productivity, particularly to optimise customer-facing activities within the designated territory.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
- Utilise Salesforce to keep accurate business and call records
- Liaise with company colleagues regarding contacts and business opportunities.
- Provide critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.
- Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market place
Skills and experience required.
You’ll have:
- Degree level in Business or Life Sciences
- Proven track record in the medical device market
- Ideally, experience of selling into a theatre based environment
- Proven record of achieving growth
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
