About the Role The position requires the ability to engage and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and assist them. There is a small team of professional people in the business who process orders, manage finance, the website and marketing, working together to achieve our objectives, increase customer retention, gain new customers and grow the business. Full training on the company, our products, systems and procedures will be given in a structured program to ensure the right candidate has all the necessary tools to complete the job successfully. Initial interviews will be over the phone / Zoom, with selected candidates invited to face to face interviews. 25-40 hr week Location: Traditionally we are an office based company and would normally prefer candidates living with in 1 hour commute of Bromyard, HR7 (North East Herefordshire).
