A successful family business with over 30 years of experience and knowledge, we are seeking a person to assist us in the future growth of the business and help take it to the next level. You will be spending a lot of time on the phone liaising with new and existing customers, talking to them about our extensive product ranges.
About the RoleThe position requires the ability to engage and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and assist them. There is a small team of professional people in the business who process orders, manage finance, the website and marketing, working together to achieve our objectives, increase customer retention, gain new customers and grow the business.
Full training on the company, our products, systems and procedures will be given in a structured program to ensure the right candidate has all the necessary tools to complete the job successfully.
Initial interviews will be over the phone / Zoom, with selected candidates invited to face to face interviews.
