Sales & Purchasing Manager - Games Industry

Our clients are a well-established, profitable games retailer and wholesaler with 17+ years in the industry. They’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded individual to join a fast-moving team. This is not a pigeonholed role – it’s varied, reactive, and offers huge scope for growth, working across both businesses in a pivotal role.
The Role
You’ll work across multiple areas of the business, including:
* Purchasing: Sourcing new release and opportunistic stock, setting pricing strategies, and managing wholesale/retail margins.
* Sales & Account Management: Driving both wholesale and retail sales via platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
* Logistics & Operations: Overseeing stock flow (inbound/outbound), coordinating wholesale orders and retail fulfilment.
* Finance & Strategy: Analysing performance, forecasting, and contributing to business strategy.
This is a hands-on role where quick thinking, logical decision-making, and the ability to multi-task under pressure are key to success.
