Are you ready to make your mark in M&A? Join KPMG’s Transaction Services team and help shape the future of deal-making.

We’re looking for a Manager to join our Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team, supporting clients through the critical stages of M&A transactions. You’ll work with a collaborative group of specialists, providing strategic advice on price structuring, completion accounts, locked box mechanisms, and post-deal disputes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead workstreams on mid-sized engagements and contribute to larger, complex deals.
• Advise on SPA terms including completion accounts, locked box, and earn-out provisions.
• Support vendors with Locked Box papers and post-completion reviews.
• Build and sustain client relationships, contributing to business growth.
• Mentor team members and drive practice development initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in M&A, transaction services, or financial due diligence.
• ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
• Deep understanding of SPA mechanisms and deal structuring.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in high-performing teams.
