Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aberdeen for a Sales Professional at Chisholm Hunter. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, building enduring relationships with clients, and offering expert knowledge of diamond jewellery, gemstones, and luxury watches. You will actively contribute to sales, drive business growth, and consistently deliver an unparalleled shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and fostering a positive and professional store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities
• Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or luxury watches is an asset (training will be provided)
• Organizational and multitasking skills for inventory management and store operations
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a dedication to delivering high-quality service
• Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
