Job ID: 2999342 | Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited Here is your chance to join the Training & Certification (T&C) team, working in the highly visible role of Sr. Manager, AWS Training Partner (ATP) Sales for APJ. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the APJ Channel T&C Business. You will develop and own executive relationship with top ATPs, helping our customers drive a long term transformation agenda, accelerating customers use of AWS Cloud and Generative AI. You will coach and manage a team of AWS Training Partner Managers (ATPMs) and AWS Sales Managers (ASMs). You will assist customers to understand their training requirements, develop detailed training proposals and manage the flawless execution of training plans. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for partner growth, customer enablement and technology. You will also be responsible for P&L management for ATP Sales APJ.
The role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and teams along with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can coach and drive a team of sellers while understand the partner landscape. Building and maintaining relationships with Key ATP Executives
- Management of the Geo ATP internal team
- Managing Geo sales forecasting responsibilities
- Geo team’s alignment to global processes, systems, tools in day-to-day GEO partner management, including SFDC, ATP account plans, and ATP marketing plans
- Enabling career skills development and growth for the ATP GEO internal community
- Ensuring 100% ATP SLA achievement, including new partner applications.

- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience managing and developing high performance teams
- 5+ years engaging and influencing senior business leaders and strategic partners
5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders, with strong familiarity in partner program development and/or partnership strategy
