Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Demand Planning
* Support sales opportunity management, advancement, and sales forecasting respect to targets
* Support sales forecasting and volume planning by collecting customer data and aligning with internal production planning/logistics.
* Analyze demand fluctuations and report to relevant departments.
2 Pricing & Quotation Management
* Assist in preparing and maintaining price files and quotations in alignment with cost breakdowns and margins.
* Manage price changes, indexations, and related documentation across customer systems and internal ERP tools.
* Track and implement agreed price adjustments (e.g., due to raw material cost fluctuation or volume changes).
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
* Maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and regular reporting (e.g., turnover, price variance, volumes by platform).
* Monitor order intake versus forecast and highlight major gaps or deviations.
* Assist with sales budget and long-term planning preparation.
* Assist in market research and reporting
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with program managers, logistics, finance, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met.
* Support project changes and new program launches from a sales process standpoint (e.g., SOP planning, EOP ramp-down coordination).
* Handle internal documentation and workflows related to sales approvals and contract management.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience in automotive Tier-1 environment; direct OEM interaction is highly .
3.Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and OEM systems.
4.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple ongoing topics.
5.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
6.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work across departments.
