As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Assistant to support sales activity, coordinate logistics, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Customer Management
* Handling incoming enquiries from new and existing customers
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Following up on quotes to maximise conversion
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or increase order value
Operations & Coordination
* Coordinating deliveries and logistics with customers and hauliers
* Tracking orders from initial enquiry through to successful completion
