Youll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)

Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade countersbut dont worry, full training is provided

Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers

If youre ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership, wed love to hear from you. What youll be doing Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service

Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team

Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth

Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently

Build strong customer relationshipshandling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio

Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice
