SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Entry-level property Sales Negotiator role supporting property sales, handling enquiries, conducting viewings, and assisting buyers and sellers through transactions while developing skills within a fast-paced residential estate agency environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a busy estate agency branch in Orpington as a Sales Negotiator.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or develop a career in property sales, working within a supportive and professional team environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Handling property enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Assisting with sales progression and maintaining regular client contact
• Keeping property listings and records up to date
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Strong interest in property and sales
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and well-presented approach
• Good telephone manner and organisational skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Local knowledge of Orpington or surrounding areas is helpful
• Full UK driving licence preferred
