Sales Negotiator Finders Keepers is a highly respected, leading sales and letting agent with offices across Oxfordshire. We are dedicated to professionalism and quality service within the property industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Negotiator to join our sales team in North Oxford. This position will allow you the autonomy to generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales. Each team member receives excellent training, including the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry‑recognised Propertymark qualification. Finders Keepers fully invests in its team with in‑person training, rewards, incentives, work‑life balance, support for personal growth, long‑service awards, internal promotions and quarterly staff meetings. Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator
First point of contact for vendors and applicants Manage the applicant database Conduct viewings Negotiate deals and agree sales Proactively market properties Build relationships with clients and provide regular feedback Administration relating to sales progressing Responsible for ensuring clients are fully compliant Management of own diary whilst considering the team Spot and nurture new business opportunities
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Sales Negotiator
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/lettings agency Excellent track record in achieving targets Able to demonstrate strong sales performance Thorough understanding of legislation related to property sales Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate initiative and self‑motivation and work well within a team environment Positive energetic attitude
