Responsibilities: Registering and qualifyingnewapplicants Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Generatingnewbusiness opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Progressing lets through to completion Contributing to office targets and team success
Package: Basic salary up to £23,000, depending on experience Car allowance provided Competitive guaranteed earnings to support your start Realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 in year one Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential One in four Saturdays required, with a half day given back in lieu
