We are preparing to launch our first premium serviced apartment asset, which is located in the heart of the City of London in November 2026. To support this milestone, we are seeking an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in hospitality, serviced apartments, and corporate housing. The ideal candidate will lead our pre‑opening commercial strategy, drive market entry, and establish our brand as a preferred partner across corporate, leisure, and extended‑stay segments.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for building the commercial foundation of the new asset—developing the pre‑opening sales strategy, securing key partnerships, and positioning the property competitively in London’s dynamic extended‑stay market. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in market entry, business development, and high‑value contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all pre‑opening commercial activities, including market entry planning, sales strategy, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, expand market reach, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relocation firms, extended‑stay agencies, global mobility networks, travel management companies, and direct corporate clients.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across corporate, leisure, relocation, and extended‑stay sectors.
  • Negotiate corporate, agency, and global mobility contracts, securing long‑term revenue streams.

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in serviced apartments rental.
  • Proven track record in pre‑opening projects, market entry, and launching new hospitality or serviced apartment assets.
  • Experience developing strategies that deliver high occupancy, strong ADR, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience working with corporate housing, global mobility, relocation, and extended‑stay partners.
  • Ability to position brands as preferred partners for extended‑stay and corporate accommodation solutions.
