We're looking for a proactive and organised **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.
- Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via **LinkedIn, email, and phone**
- Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
- Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
- Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
- Preparing and updating client proposals
- Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
- Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
- Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams
- An interest in the **web or digital marketing** industry
- Familiarity with **HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo.io**, or **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A confident and professional manner
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
