Sales Advisor - No Experience

OTE of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum - Immediate Starts Available

Our London-based client is looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals with full-time availability to join their thriving sales & marketing team. Due to high demand, you will receive full training to ensure you understand the brand you are representing, the business structure, and how to maximise your potential in this role.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience is ideal but not essential for success; no experience is required.
• Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability
• No qualifications needed
• A hunger to learn, attend skill sessions, and sharpen your sales edge.
• Availability: 4–5 full days per week (Mon–Sat).
• Communication: Fluent English and a genuine comfort speaking with the public.

Responsibilities

• Master the Craft: Attend training and skill sessions to perfect your customer experience and sales techniques.
• Be the Expert: Gain deep knowledge of client products and stats to keep customers informed.
• Drive Results: Execute face-to-face campaigns across residential environments within London to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate: Provide feedback on locations and performance data to help the team optimize and win.
