The Role

We’re hiring a commercially driven Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of independent retailers.

This is a field-based role where success comes from your ability to:

  • Influence and challenge business owners
  • Drive revenue and margin growth
  • Increase engagement with commercial services and product ranges

You won’t just manage accounts you’ll improve how they perform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing relationships with independent / owner-operated retailers
  • Identifying growth opportunities and delivering account plans
  • Driving uptake of products, promotions, and commercial services
  • Leading business reviews focused on performance and ROI
  • Using data and insight to influence decision-making
  • Supporting new partners to achieve early success

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • Field-based sales or account management experience
  • Proven experience working with:
  • Independent retailers
  • Franchise networks, or
  • High street retail businesses
  • Strong understanding of retail commercial drivers (margin, stock, promotions)
  • Track record of growing accounts and influencing business owners
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a regional role

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or electrical retail
  • Background in a wholesale, distribution, or buying group environment
