The company operates in the built environment and safety space, delivering essential compliance services including asbestos surveying, fire risk assessments, and wider health and safety management. The role You will take ownership of the day-to-day sales operation, leading a team of inbound Sales Executives who handle warm enquiries and bookings. Your focus will be on performance, pace, coaching, and process. You will ensure every enquiry is responded to quickly, every quote is accurate, and every opportunity is followed through to close.
