Role Description


We are seeking a highly driven, target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity.


This is a performance-focused role suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-value sales environment and has a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets within the private aviation sector.


Key responsibilities include:

\t•\tProactively sourcing and securing new clients within target markets

\t•\tBuilding, managing, and retaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners

\t•\tConsistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

\t•\tDeveloping and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth

\t•\tNegotiating and closing high-value charter agreements

\t•\tCollaborating closely with operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery

\t•\tMonitoring market trends and identifying new commercial opportunities

\t•\tMaintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales performance



Qualifications

\t•\tMandatory: Proven experience in private aviation sales (charter brokerage or operator side)

\t•\tDemonstrated track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

\t•\tStrong closing ability with experience handling high-value transactions

\t•\tExcellent client relationship management and communication skills

\t•\tCommercially driven with a results-oriented mindset

\t•\tProficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

\t•\tAbility to work independently and perform in a remote environment

\t•\tStrong understanding of the private aviation market

\t•\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
