Circa £40,000 basic plus excellent Commission Scheme and Company Car/ Allowance

Monday Friday, 1 hour for lunch (early finish on a Friday) (Office Based)

Our client is a well-established and highly respected business based in Telford, currently experiencing an exciting phase of sustained growth and transformation. This evolution has already led to success in several new and unrelated sectors, with significant untapped potential still to explore. As a result, the business is now investing in its future by creating a brand-new Sales Manager position; a pivotal role focused on driving new client acquisition and unlocking further growth opportunities.

The Opportunity:

Youll work alongside an experienced team of Account Managers and Estimators who currently manage existing clients and ongoing projects. With that foundation in place, your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and winning new business across both established and emerging markets.

There is a vast and largely untapped client landscape to explore, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and creating long-term partnerships.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of new business development activity, playing a key role in the companys continued expansion. From market analysis through to client engagement and deal conversion, youll be instrumental in driving growth.

This will be a hands-on, outward-facing role involving regular client interaction, whether thats visiting customer sites or hosting prospective clients at the Telford facility for tours and product demonstrations.
