Job Description
White Label Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-established engineering business within the aerospace sector, who are looking to appoint a Technical Sales / Key Account Manager to join their commercial team.\nThis is a relationship-led role, managing an established customer base while identifying opportunities for growth across a technically complex and highly regulated environment.\nThe Role\n * Managing and developing a portfolio of ~30 existing customers\n * Building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts\n * Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing customers\n * Bringing new enquiries (RFQs) into the business\n * Working closely with estimators and internal teams to convert opportunities\n * Supporting coordination between customers, sales and production\n * Leading and supporting a small internal team (estimators, admin, apprentice)\n * Hybrid role – split between office and customer visits\nThe Person\n * Proven experience in a technical sales or account management role\n * Experience within the aerospace sector is essential\n * Background within engineering or manufacturing\n * Strong relationship-building and account development skills\n * Commercially aware, with the ability to spot and grow opportunities\n * Comfortable engaging with technical information\n * Previous experience mentoring or managing others would be beneficial\nSalary & Package\n * £40,000 – £48,000\n * Fully expensed company car (electric option available)\n * Bonus paid twice yearly\n * Profit-related pension\n * Healthcare\nThe Opportunity\n * Established, reputable engineering business within aerospace\n * Strong base of existing customers to build from\n * Mix of account management and commercial growth\n * Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the commercial function\n * Supportive, collaborative team environment\nIf you’re a relationship-driven sales professional looking for a role with real ownership and long-term account development, apply now for a confidential discussion
