We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across a portfolio of Diesel Generators, Energy Storage, and Light Towers-delivering real impact in a fast-evolving energy market.

You'll combine commercial insight with technical understanding to identify opportunities, win new business, and strengthen customer relationships-all backed by a premium product offering.

What You'll Be Doing
• Drive revenue growth across key product lines
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across your region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Provide expert advice and resolve customer challenges effectively
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
• Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
• Support pricing strategy, quotations, and commercial negotiations
• Contribute to wider sales strategy alongside senior leadership

About You
You're commercially sharp, self-motivated, and confident operating in a target-driven environment.
• 3-5+ years' experience in power generation or technical sales
• Strong understanding of power applications and customer requirements
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a regional territory independently
• Collaborative, with a customer-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
• First Class Interpersonal Skills
• Based in Northern UK
