Padel Magic is a global leader in the manufacture of top tier padel courts, producing over 500 courts annually for over three decades. As a Federation of International Padel (FIP) certified provider in several countries, we deliver club to competition grade courts around the world.
Launched in 2024, Padel Magic UK is at the forefront of the UK market. We’re a passionate and hardworking team looking for a like-minded and driven Sales Executive to take us to the next level.
We provide end-to-end padel solutions; from planning support and installation to custom covers, groundworks and maintenance packages. From the first customer interaction we strive to become a trusted supplier aiming for long-term partnerships by working in alignment with our brand values:

The Role
In this role you’ll blend sales, client engagement and business development to help drive the next phase of growth for Padel Magic UK.
You will
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Nurture and follow new business leads
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
- Profile leads, guide them through the sales journey, and with your finger on the pulse, prioritise the customers ready to order.
- Implement automated, AI-enabled processes and client communications.
- Respond rapidly to inbound leads from multiple channels.
- Create clear and accurate proposals and presentations.
- Conduct pre and post install site visits including final court handover and sign-off consultation.
- Represent Padel Magic UK at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
This is a growth role with genuine progression into senior sales, relationship or project management.
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years’ sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
- Energetic and commercially minded, with a real passion for sport.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solution-focused and proactive; you spot challenges early and take ownership to resolve them.
- Can-do and process-driven; you roll your sleeves up, crack on to follow the sales journey with consistency and pace.
- Great with people you are professional, reliable and a team player.
- Confident using CRM systems.
