White Label Recruitment are currently working with a leading Agricultural engineering manufacturer on their recruitment of a Sales Manager.

The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to take ownership of and redefine a sales department that is already well-regarded but currently operates in a highly reactive way. You will manage an experienced International Sales Manager (currently handling 90% of enquiries) and bring strategic, proactive sales growth to the business.
The role is a mix of office-based account management (approx. 60%) and travel (approx. 40%) to meet dealers, OEMs, and distributors, as well as attending exhibitions. Overseas travel will typically be 23 times a year to key markets such as Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and North America.
