Berkeley Scott is partnering with a branded 4-star hotel in the Coventry area to recruit an experienced Sales Manager . This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial performance of a well-established hotel within a dynamic hotel group, working closely with the General Manager and Group Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop corporate sales activity for the hotel
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify and deliver opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive and reactive sales
Manage RFP processes and corporate account enquiries
Work collaboratively with the Sales and Events teams
Contribute to the hotel's commercial objectives and wider group sales strategy
Experience and Skills Required Proven experience As a Sales Manager in hotel enviroment
Established professional network within the Midlands region
Experience working within a 4-star hotel environment
Demonstrated experience managing corporate accounts and RFPs
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
