This will support the supply chain team and be based from the company HQ in a Weybridge. The company operate a 4-day working week and the role also offers Hybrid work!
In the role of Sales & Logistics Coordinator - 4 day week, you will coordinate the day-to-day UK-IE sales and logistics requirements. Key Responsibilities will include:
Managing order streams for UK-IE retailers, marketplaces and customer e-commerce portal
Placing orders on NetSuite and ensuring they are delivered to customers within SLA.
Managing customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service
Coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow and cost effectiveness
Collating, monitoring and analysing operational data to drive efficiency and support decision making
Assisting in meeting sales targets through effective stock-management, planning, communication, and organisation
