We are actively seeking a Sales Ledger / Finance Assistant for a well established company in Colwyn Bay.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • Processing of all sales invoices
  • Managing the 'Sales' email inbox and relating queries.
  • Assist Credit Control with invoice queries.
  • To check and prepare a high volume of petty cash claims
  • Monthly reconciliations of petty cash floats and the suspense account.
  • Supporting the Management Accounts Team

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a busy finance team
