My client, a leading provider of Facilities Services nationally, are seeking a Sales Leader to oversee their South West region. This is a fantastic opportunity to not just lead a sales team, but the shape the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy across new and existing FM service lines.
Manage and mentor a dynamic sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and fostering high performance.
Identify new opportunities, lead end-to-end bid and tender processes, and build strong client relationships.
Work closely with the operations and executive team, providing clear sales pipeline reporting and market insights.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in senior sales roles, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
Experienced in managing, motivating, and scaling successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of pricing models, contract structures, and client value propositions.
Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels and lead successful tender submissions.
