Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Export Co-ordinator on behalf of our client to manage international client relationships and oversee the full export process from order to delivery. This role is key to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate deliveries, while acting as the central link between customers and our operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day sales order processing for export customers. Act as the customer's advocate, ensuring accurate communication between sales and operations. Prepare and verify all delivery documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping partners to meet delivery commitments. Collaborate with multiple internal departments (Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) to align operations with customer requirements.
